PXA25x Module

The PXA250 Module is the main processor for the PASTA microsensor. It is optimized for short bursts of activity and is intended primarily for event driven processing. An integrated power management microcontroler supports the processor transition to various off, sleep, and operating states. The PXA250 Module runs Linux 2.4 kernel with dynamic voltage scaling support.

PXA250 Module Features: Intel PXA255 Processor 100-400MHz, 0.85V-1.3V core SA1111 peripheral interface. 64MB Mobile SDRAM, 32MB FLASH. Dynamic clock and voltage scaling. Onboard power controller.	Compact FLASH Module Features: Standard CF slot for FLASH, Microdrives, Wired Ethernet, 802.11 Wireless Ethernet, etc.
